Olga is a finance professional who, from an early age, has been actively involved in volunteering through numerous initiatives supporting vulnerable groups, including young disruptive children and abandoned elderly people across multiple countries. Her experience includes serving as a school and college governor, mentoring young students, and assisting in homeless shelters. Among her passions are psychology and neuroscience. Moved by the increasing rates of bullying and violence, as well as the rise in adolescent suicides, Olga decided to found We Are Stronger Charity to address and tackle these critical issues. Having personally experienced and overcome significant challenges in childhood as a survivor of child abuse, bullying, and eating disorder, Olga deeply understands the impact and importance of her work. Her knowledge and awareness of the psychological effects of adverse experiences and trauma drive her commitment to helping others reshape their thoughts and behaviours toward healthier mental balance and emotional wellbeing.
On the 18th of November 2021, Olga was selected as the winner of the "Talented Young Italians Award" in the charity category. The award was presented by the Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry for the UK, with the patronage and cooperation of the Italian Embassy in London and the Association of Talented Italians in the UK. This recognition honoured her outstanding contribution to business development between Italy and the United Kingdom, as well as her extensive charitable work, including the publication of her book Kindness Is All Around in June 2021. The book has also been distributed in schools through the charity project Smiling Choc. Following this recognition, Olga received the "Apulian Award" in 2022. She was then inspired to write her second book, Riding Kindness, aimed at raising awareness of bullying, violence, and disability. The book has already received an exceptional rating of 9.8 out of 10 from school staff, parents, and students and integrated in the project of the same name.
